Places: Southern France

A few years ago, when I first bought a legitimate camera & began to chronicle life through its lens, my dream was travel. I already loved to write, so why not make myself a neat, little package of (potentially) profitable talent & sell myself to “Travel & Leisure?”

& then it began. Since you can’t be traveling all the time, I started photographing people … Weddings, engagements, kids at a pumpkin patch & fell in love with that too.

Turns out, I fall in love a lot. Especially when it comes what I can find standing behind a lens.

I’ve had the brilliant opportunity to wander the globe (a lot) this year. More than I deserve, really. City to city & country to country, I’ve toted my trusty Nikon by my side. So here is the beginning of the story … There are many more to come from my summer of shenanigans.

Southern France was a dreamworld. Beautiful villas, the Mediterranean with her arms stretched all about you & nothing but gorgeous people & fabulous clothes for miles & miles.

The travel photographer that lives in my soul, loves these photos & cherishes the memories that rush back when I look at them.

The wedding photographer in there kept imagining how I would pose people in every shot.

Santé.
